Contacted Tillery in Los Lunas about a Ram 1500 Limited
Contacted Tillery in Los Lunas about a Ram 1500 Limited online through their Chat system. I provided my information as well as information about a truck I might trade in because I was (key word "was") interested in looking at. Terry responded reasonably quickly with the normal happy, cheery response you normally receive. He was sure to tell me that the truck was still there but also said they were scheduled to show it the next day. I asked two additional questions and explained what I was hoping to get for the trade and asked him to let me know if they sold the truck so I could come from 30 miles away to look at it. He answered the two questions but completely ignored the information on my trade. It all went off the rails there. I never received any other response from Terry or Tillery and the truck is still on their website for sale 2-3 days later. Nice follow up guys! I have lived all over the US but am from here and it NEVER ceases to amaze me just how arrogant and ignorant the car dealers and their sales forces here in New Mexico are. They all act like powerful people in the car industry but all they really are only amounts to being big city wannabes who do not have much of a clue on how you actually should treat people (customers) that are trying to give them their money. I guess I will continue to buy my vehicles from dealers from Chicago, Atlanta, Denver, and Salt Lake City where the car dealers at least put on a good show that they care even if they don't. Some of these sales people I purchased from are still my friends. I know they don't care how I feel about this, they have already shown me. Sorry Tillery, sorry Terry....You missed your chance. I will make sure this review goes far and wide so everyone knows what they may be getting into if they decide to contact your dealership. Cheers!

Best car buying experience ever. Donna, Justin, and Terry were great to work with. Living in Colorado, found the vehicle I wanted on the internet at Tillery GMC. Terry contacted me, ensured it had all the options I wanted, then connected me with Donna for sales. Donna addressed all concerns and answered questions, absolutely no pressure sale.
