I had a decent experience picking up my 2025 GMC Yukon AT4! Adam, my salesman, was courteous during the whole transaction and made me feel like a valued customer! Justin, in finance, was not pushy trying to sell me "addons" I didn't want or need! I told him I didn't want certain service contracts, and he didn't push the issue! Although my vehicle is missing the illumination package door sills and rear cargo sill, (due to a GM backorder) the all-weather cargo mat, and the wireless headphones for my rear media; I still love my AT4! I informed Adam of things that were missing, and he is working on getting those items sent to me. I also informed him of issues with the paint, which I feel should have been taken care before the vehicle was sold! Update: I text Adam, and he was able to speak with Jason (sales manager), and they are mailing my cargo mat and headphones to me! Once my door sills and rear sill (on backorder) comes in, they will ship them to my dealer in TX. Update 2: Jason called, in regards to my cargo mat, and he informed me that Donna could meet me in Las Cruces for me to pick up the cargo mat if I wanted to go that route. He also informed me that the shipping would be high, which is why he wanted to see if I would be willing to meet her to pick it up. Upon speaking with Donna, I introduced myself and told her that Jason gave me her information so that I can pick up my cargo mat. After the introduction, she immediately asks me "what about the mat?" I informed her I was calling so that I could coordinate a day for pickup. She told me I could pick it up on any day, but if she wasn't available, her brother would give it to me. She also tells me I can pick it up on Christmas Day, which is weird because most people want to spend time with their families! I informed her that my husband will not give me the okay to meet her brother, and that I would speak with Jason about shipping it. She informed me that she could meet me in the evening, but I still informed her I would speak with Jason. When I made that statement again, her whole attitude changed! She really needs to check her little attitude because I have been more than understanding in this matter. Her attitude is one of the reasons why I am not giving this dealership a 5 star review! Update 3: I drove back to Tillery GMC, from El Paso, TX, on 06 Jan25 for them to install my illuminated AT4 door sills. I was told the job would take 2 hours because they were short handed. At the 2 hour mark, no one informed me what was going on. When I inquired again, 4 hours later, I was told they were able to install them but they won't work due to programming not being available. Supposedly there was a bulletin put out about this 13Dec24. Update 4: This dealership really needs to send off registration paperwork in a timely fashion! I bought my vehicle 20Dec24, and the paperwork didn't leave the dealership until 14Jan25! Mind you, they sent off paperwork 5 days before my temporary tag expired! I got a call from my DMV (10FEB25) and I had to redo my registration paperwork since the dealerships third party didn't send in my registration paperwork in December! The only good thing about this dealership is their service department, Adam (sales), and Justin (finance). I am also still waiting on my illuminated cargo sill that wasn't put on my vehicle due to a backorder. I have been in contact with Adam, and he has been helpful with the updates! Hopefully, I will receive item before next year!

I have been going to Tillery’s for over 15 years, actually when they were in Rio Communities. I have purchased cars from them and I have all my vehicles serviced there. Never had an issue that they couldn’t fix for me. The staff is great, no matter what area you visit. When I go for my regular oil changes, the sales people always stop and say hi when they see me.
